Hot off the griddle and very well done comes this great rag from Texas by a one-off composer. J. Bowie Gouger wrote and self-published this hot rag from Dallas, but there's no indication of other works that we find. (To clarify, flap jacks are synonymous with pancakes in North America, in some other countries the term is used to describe oat slices.) Published by J. Bowie Gouger in Dallas, Texas in 1916.
