I suspect this is a non-free image. The rationale for CC licensing is not very convincing - evidently this was a Twitter profile picture that happened to show up in a Google search with the Creative Commons filter on (FWIW it doesn't anymore, just our version), with no other indication it was released under CC and an admission from the uploader that he doesn't know exactly which license is right. I'm not sure exactly what the standard is here for asserting a Creative Commons license but I imagine it's a much higher bar than that, especially for something presumptively non-free like a Twitter profile picture. This reasoning obviously also applies to its three derivative images, File:Andrew_Jones_2021_tighter_crop.jpg, File:Andrew Jones 2021 (cropped).jpg, and File:Andrew Jones 2021 (3x4 crop).jpg Elmer Clark (talk) 18:15, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
