However, I also noticed that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loch_Ness_Monster#%22Surgeon's_photograph%22_(1934) claims the photographer to be Ian Wetherell, not his father Marmaduke Wetherell. Ian died in 1987, so this photo is not free until 2058.
