 Keep: Yes, a crop (or a blur) would fix the issue. In spite of what you state in the o.p., you could have done it, @A1Cafel: You decided to create a deletion request, instead. To waste everybody’s time, risk an actual deletion by an overzealous deletionist, and add to your edit count. Now, who dares to be blocked for altering an image currently under a D.R.?
